My family-building dreams started with a lot of disappointment...
When I thought I was going to get pregnant soon after I started trying, and then months began to pass, I went into fix-it mode and began doing everything possible to “give myself the best shot” each month. Won’t hurt, might help, I was willing to try it. What I didn’t understand at the time was how I was getting in my own way with all of those well-intended efforts. What I needed was to understand what was actually happening, and tools and strategies to put that understanding to work in my favor. I eventually got there, but it took a few years and lots of heartache to manifest the family I had dreamed of.
Crazy as it may sound, I would not change a single thing about the path I took to get here! From this experience, I learned the power of energetic alignment and how to use it to create the life of my dreams.

I’m a Certified Inner Alignment Coach and Attuned Reiki Practitioner. I’m passionate about helping people empower themselves to take back their lives, using simple neuroscience-, energetic- and spiritual-based practices. What I love most is that I get to help people awaken the wisdom and potential that already exists within them but they haven't been taught to tap into.
I founded KindNest in 2018. Having attained a M.S in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a B.S. in Psychology at Hartwick College, I have over 20 years business experience in corporate, not-for-profit and entrepreneurial environments. A native of New York, I live in Upstate NY with my husband and 2 young daughters.
